“GREEK & authentic” is the own brand of “greek foodtales” that is exclusively created for the Dutch food market. In close cooperation with selected Greek producers, we blend their craftsmanship with our deep knowledge in food science & the trends of the local food market. The aim is to develop & re-brand authentic & high-quality products of our food culture that will introduce you to our delicious “greek foodtales”. 

Our “Pulled Buffalo” is developed with “Kerkini Farm” & is the revised version of the traditional “kavourma”. Selected pieces of water buffalo meat are slowly cooked in their own juices with vegetables & spices. The flavoursome meat & its juices are shaped in cylinders with the use of natural ingredients & without any preservatives or flavour enhancers. Finally, they are thickly sliced & individually packed to come to you. Unwrap your slice & warm it up to create delicious burgers, pasta dishes, pizzas, omelettes or just enjoy it cold as a mezze…
